So about a year ago i got an xbox series and before the series s i had an 360 in which i used to play bo2 on it with a cd but the cd was a bit scratched so i had some problems with the game the campaingn becomes unplayable after a certain level the multyplayer ballistic knife was bugged some zombies assets weren’t on the game and etc any way there wasnt much i could do so i left it that way but wen i got the series s i bought bo2 on the microsoft store i thought all those problems with the disc would be solved but the bugs carried out to the series s and i still have problems to play if you know how to fix this please let me know i just want to play bo2 normally again

ok so let me see if i understand do the issues with the disc (is a dvd by the way not a cd) happen on your 360 right? the problems you listed outside of the campaign one are not related to disc damage
did you ever used any mods or cheats? or where in a hack lobby?
does this issues persist if you play on other profiles?
this is not a normal thing and it looks like a unique case but we might figure out something
