On one hand I really appreciated how tastefully the reveal was made, like you met So Mi at the party and it’s just casually shown to you how borged-out she is. I immediately started feeling *very* sorry for the girl and that feeling of pity, of having a visual cue of how utterly broken/damaged she is, fueled the rest of my playthrough.
On the other hand, synthskin is a thing and I’m not sure why Washington’s resources couldn’t have afforded So Mi a seemingly human appearance. She could still look completely human if she wanted to.
