I saw this too and I think the fix was to set it in the nvidia control panel first and enable gsync. And then the windows one would actually reflect the round number.
It’s either that, or I’m not remembering what I think I’m remembering and have conveniently pretended everything is nice and round. Entirely possible.
I used to have a 144hz monitor, then I now have a 240hz one but I don’t feel a big difference. I don’t have the 144hz one anymore though so I can’t do a side by side comparison.

Don’t worry about it, the human eye can actually only see up to 239.997Hz. So you’re actually wasting 0.001Hz of performance
