Despite arguments I’ve read on reddit and forums. The results speak for themselves when properly taking your gpu off core 1 and attaching it to a low dpc low isr core. . . . My lows drastically changed and I confirmed this in gameplay as well.

The gpu was set to MSI mode enabled as well.
(Used latencymon to determine the optimal core for the affinity mask)
