Personally I would get a monitor stand/arm and you could center the clock under it making it look better. I would always upgrade the desk lamp to something more modern and that fits the esthetic of the desk. Are you planning on sticking with one monitor? If so maybe a smaller sound bar or a shelf on the wall perhaps? Just my opinion though, at the end of the day do what makes you happy!

I see your other comments so here’s my recommendation based on what you’ve said.
I’d definitely start with a mouse pad or desk mat, something that will make using the space that much comfier.
After that I’d at getting a monitor stand, I see you mention looking at doing 2 monitors at some point so a nice 2 arm monitor stand will bring the current monitor up to the right height for viewing, and you can tuck the other monitor arm behind the current monitor until you’re ready for that second monitor.
I like the brass lamp, I’d play into that and see about a brass accent shelf somewhere so you can put some belongings up above (or off to the side) to make the area more useful and cozy. It’s nice to have pens and paper within reach, but not cluttering a desk up, or shelves can always hold something sentimental you want to show off, or even just use it as general storage.
And depending on what you want audio wise you could look at replacing the sound bar in the future with something a little smaller, but honestly once the monitor isn’t resting on it, it might actually look and sound pretty good with the size it is now.
Just make sure however you design it that you’re using stuff you’ll actually use. No need in buying a triple monitor setup just to look cool on reddit if you never use more than one or two monitors. Honestly that’s why I love this sub, you can browse and pick out pieces from different people’s battlestations to use in your own with your own twist!

How dedicated are you to the soundbar? I’d say look into a pair of decent low footprint speakers if quality is important or just go with a low cost set. Like others said, desk mat will make the biggest immediate difference.
Try mounting if that’s an option. I rent so I totally get if it’s not possible but if you can, the screen is small enough to mount with a no-stud mounting kit from Amazon. The sound bar could technically be mounted too to open up the desk space. But that can look a little funky.
Can you relocate the lamp to a side table perhaps? And get a slimmer lighting solution? That would open up a lot of space to add defining details (desk decor, speakers, USB hubs)

That lamp is horrendous and adds nothing. You’d be better off with one of those strip lights that you clip on the top of the monitor, would free up a lot of space.
I think a soundbar is a neat approach to keeping a setup simple and versatile. I’ve seen reviews for basic Sony soundbars costing £130 and they are very positive. You’ve had lots of suggestions re. improvements, I thought I’d chip in with a “you done good kiddo” comment.
I like the lamp a lot. Does it get hot? Maybe just a monitor arm or dual monitor arm if you expand lawyer. Love the rest. I also LOVE the sound bar. I did that for a long time and I think it’s a secret hack not of a lot of people use. I plugged mine in optical and used the Bluetooth all the time for my phone.
