Duno about adapter but for updating mb you need to have older cpu and done that with it.
For the adapter, there isn’t really a way to know. If the cooler is from a newer batch, then it will include the adapter. If not, you’d have to contact DeepCool.
The MSI PRO B650M-A WIFI supports BIOS USB FlashBack, so you can update the BIOS without even having a CPU installed. BIOS is a non-issue, since it has FlashBack.
Deepcool’s website lists the AK620 as ‘natively’ compatible with AM5, so I think you are fine.

There is a program with AMD, where you get an old compatible CPU and a stock cooler shipped to you as a loaner, to update the BIOS. Once you’re done, send it back. I used it for AM4, worked like a charm.
If the BIOS can do a headless update, you won’t even need the loaner.

I have the same Mobo bios version is from Jan 2023, plugged in the 7800x3dwithout updating the bios, It worked fine. You should be fine installing it, I havent upgraded the bios version.
Have a ak620. All parts to work on AM5 are in the box. Currently running on a MSI B650 Tomahawk with a 7600x cpu.
Ask what Revision it is when you order? [And if the CPU is supported without a BIOS update] You should then be able to double-check it against MSI’s compatibility list at their website/motherboard file support.
I used ak620, they included both intel and amd mounting. Shoule be fine
