It’s a good practice to assemble mobo with CPU+heatsink and RAM (and M.2 drive if you’ve got one), put it in the case, put in the PSU, connect everything, and see if it starts. If it does – add the graphics card, and see if you got a picture. If there is – add/connect the rest of the stuff. And before closing the side panels – check if everything works as intended. The guy on the pic closed the case before making sure it works – if something’s wrong, it’ll take him more time to troubleshoot.

Statistics that i just made up say that 90% of the time when this happens its because the psu switch is turned off
