Its coming back. But its going to be free to play and only in 1 neighbourhood, youll have to pay for extra neighbourhoods/cities. Also, there will be dozens of taxi designs, but youll also have to pay for that. Or you can log in every day to do daily challenges and complete the $15 battlepass that gives cosmetics too. Etc. etc.
