Decided to build a mobile workstation on days I work from home. Figured instead of a laptop I would cart this thing around the house.
Pc being powered by a cyber power 1000w ups that’s being charged by 1800w Ryobi p
ower station 24ah @ 40v.
The monitors being powered by 300w 42ah @ 18v Milwaukee power station.

There is no way in hell you are taking this thing mobile.
Now it needs to be motorized so you can drive it around the house!
You say this word, but I don’t think you know what it means.
That is only mobile in the sense that it doesn’t require being tethered to a wall via a power cable. You can’t pick that thing up and move it easily.

Going to tell my grandkids this was the original Steam Deck design and that I had one thanks for this.
Everybody’s shitting on OP but who’s laughing when he is rendering his video at the ice cream shop… probably me when his battery runs out and I have to explain to my kids what this is.

Our definitions of mobile are vastly different.
That monitor setup has never came to mind for me before.
Now imagine you add a hydraulic arm to hold the keyboard and mouse on the top of your lap while you sit on the couch. I would call it a TopLap.

I heavily relate to this and have a very similar set up… with the exception of two screens… and an open air case… oh i also dont have battery back ups nor any kind of mobile capability… but i do also use the corsair dark core pro se and it is a crazy reliable mouse.
That is very cool. Will do raspberry pi on 100w solar panel and 50ah 12v gel battery. 5v2a usb c monitor.
