I liked the old Mr. Hands design and voice better.
The new Mr. Hands sounds too self-important/smug and he looks like Colonel Sander’s gave up his chicken job.

I miss the old Mr. Hands VA. Like unreasonably so. I was looking forward to hearing more from him when I found out the expansion took place in Pacifica. So I was pretty bummed that they just trashed his old voice altogether. Old voice felt slimy like a snake-oil salesman, which I really liked. I don’t wanna say the new voice is more generic but the old one definitely had more personality.
