Differences on packaging between Original Upsiren U6 PRO and counterfeit versions

The photo above was prepared by one of our customers who bought the original Upsiren U6 PRO directly from us and a counterfeit version from China. He marked a few easily noticeable differences so that everyone could immediately tell if the offered product was original or counterfeit before they bought it.
We also marked our registered trademark UPSIREN U6 PRO and brand info computer-systems.gr which are used on the counterfeit packaging without our permission of course.
On the original packaging, you can find all the info about our company as well as the related safety pictogram and other critical info. All this info should be placed on packaging in order for such a product to be legally available to customers located in regulated marketplaces like Canada and the E.U.
The most important fact about this counterfeit packaging is that there is NO MANUFACTURER INFO on it other than our website address. This means that the manufacturer of this product does not take any responsibility for it and for the damage that it might cause to the systems or the health of the people who will use it.
Together with the fact that there is no safety pictogram, it means that this product contains dangerous, forbidden, or restricted ingredients and couldn’t be sold to retail customers, even if it was not using our trademarks on it.
Unfortunately, this is not the only counterfeit version of our products. There are more versions with small differences in packaging and info. However, there is no known counterfeit version that includes manufacturer info on it other than our website.
Our legal team has already identified a number of companies and individuals who are responsible for the circulation of such products.
We have already filed a lawsuit against these companies and individuals. Until the court decision we will not be able to provide more details about this case in public.
Customers who have concerns about the authenticity of the product that they purchased are advised to contact us with photos before they use the product. Counterfeit products do not go through proper health and safety inspections and are potentially harmful to the users and their systems.
