When i turn my pc on , i hear this clicking noise is it normal? But when i turn the air conditioner on and the room gets a lil bit cooler the sound disappear
+ the cpu temp stays between 20-25 idle all the time even when I don’t have my air conditioner on

No. Something touches the fan. Probably harmless, but would drive me crazy.
