I think Amazon warehouse workers have the most contemporary ‘cyberpunk’ job from the perspective of displaying the dystopian principles of cyberpunk.
That being said, actual ‘cyberpunks’ (as in cyber-criminals, cyber-activists, etc) have the most cyberpunk ‘job’.
Several militaries, security firms, and intelligence agencies around the world already have battalions of hackers/netrunners.
OP is a pilot trying to look cool in a new group and has never consumed a piece of Cyberpunk media before.
