Am new to ram overclocking and was wondering if this kit would be a good option? Its samsung b die (at least according to the seller) 3600mhz cl14. Will be using it on my i5 12400f.
Have had excellent results with T-Force DDR4 over the years, mostly the XTREME variants. Those timings indeed are most likely B-Die but you should ask the seller for a Thaiphoon burner screenshot showing the actual die.
Whether the kit is a good buy depends on what frequency/timings you want to get, the price, and how much time you’re willing to invest.

Yes, it’s B-Die..and yes, it is great for overclocking!
Just be aware..they might be like a bit worse then the 14-14-14 variant…you may not get all the timings down like the other kits..but it would be great to learn!!

i have the 16gb kit 3600mhz 16-16-16-36 and its b-die
all 8 pack edition are b-die
now i got as 32gb from gskill with 14-15-15-35 1.45v and its b-die

Those are guaranteed B-Die so that’s a good start.
VCCSA will be locked on the 12400F, so you’ll be limited in frequency quite a bit. With some luck they will run 3600, if not they should at least do 3466. From there on out you’d tighten timings as far as possible.
