i can think for a lore friendly reason why. V gets to have a lot of arm implants and it could get messy with them clipping on the arm accessories but yeah it would be cool for my V to hide their implants.

there is a mod that prevents auto-rollup of sleeves in first person mode.
it makes arm cyberware funny but you can give it a try
