No that would make escaping from a rooftop 1000x harder because everyone can hear and see your parachute, and youll get downed either way trying to get to the ground. Every building is 3+ stories in this game so it would be a huge burden.
It should cripple your movement momentarily, like no tac sprint until the red clears.
The stun when I land is usually a death sentence anyway lol
Not that high of a jump for a Parkour expert.
