I have a few possible choices. Bioshock Infinite is one of the biggest ones, but I’ll cheat a little bit and place a visual novel on here.
CUPID. A free VN on Steam. Relatively short, as far as VNs go (my first read took me about 3 hours to reach the ending (one of them anyway), and I wasn’t really rushing), but it packs a lot of emotions in that run time.
There’s no good choices, no happy endings, little in the way of happiness in general.
Sometimes people don’t get to have a happy ending.
You can say all the right things, do the correct things, act and speak right to the right people, but sometimes you still fail.
Because life isn’t fair.

When I completed the final ending in Nier Replicant.
So many credits, but that last one was bittersweet.

When I finished HL2 I was absolutely blown away. That game was such an amazing experience, and the ending was both beautiful visually and the perfect punctuation to an already perfect game.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
I played it for months and beat every side quest before finally deciding to defeat Ganon. I’d become so attached to the game after playing every day for months, and when the credits rolled I realized that was it. There was nothing else to do.

I was highly invested in the story for the first games. The ending here I did watch all the credits and when they ended I was furious I was going to have to wait at least a year until the next one

Last of us, Bloodborne and Castlevania lords of the shadow, I played them without any spoilers, the endings really got me.
So at that point did you beat the game or did the game beat you?

A couple of the bad Cyberpunk 2077 endings are *really bad*, which made me sit at my desk devastated for a few minutes until I reloaded a save file. RDR1 and Gears of War 3 hit hard too.

Cyberpunk 2077. *3 times*
The first time, was doing the devil ending, and then returning to earth instead of entering mikoshi, as V sings *never fade away*
The second time, was when I found out you can actually just not do a final mission and just Cobain yourself on the roof.
The other time was because the game glitched during the nomad ending and the bird that always spawns glitched and froze in mid air over the dam, and then I noticed traffic wasn’t spawning in the distance of night city and it was totally empty at all zoom levels, and I thought the ending was fake and alt just doesn’t let you have your body back. I still don’t trust alt.
