That npcs design is so good
Yep, weirdly enough the only other location I’ve seen them is also in Heywood, in that big park. No clue who or what they are. A side quest in PL shows robots being used as sort of proxies so maybe that? Other people have theorized that they’re rogue AIs from beyond the black wall based on their voice lines but that’s a bit of an out there theory. Honestly probably just a fun easter egg NPC.

How does he see? There are holes in the head that could be hiding cameras probably but why not just put eyes in the eye holes??
