When they are posting from an out of reach PC spec position, sure.
When they are running a 5600x with a 6700 XT and it truly runs fine for them, then it’s a case of the person having issues experiencing personal computer problem affecting THEM, and not the game overall, and that person not wanting to accept the truth that the problem lies with them.
Because there is a rule in PC troubleshooting: if it can work for even ONE user OK, then it IS NOT entirely broken, and is often an issue with the specific equipment / software / unique setup that can’t make it work.
Cold ass FACTS that are inconvenient as hell to the person having trouble…
just as a fact check 4090 all maxed out in 4k is 80fps with low GPU utilization. Benchmark reports only 11% GPU bound. Lowering settings or using DLSS does nothing. Good port bro.

No joke im entered to win that Evanglion one from ASUS, and seriously am debating on Selling it and using the cash to buy a new low mile engine for my car and have it put in if i DO win it.
Doesn’t even run at 120 fps on a 4090 @ 4K. It’s more like 80-100fps. It also has poor multi-core cpu performance.

Most of the time when people say it runs fine for them, what they really mean is that theyre fine with the way its running.

If you’re gonna criticise this guy then also criticise the dozens of streamers and youtubers who do the same.
“I have a 4090 and it runs fine guy” is the opposite side of the shit coin as “I have a GTX 960 with a 2nd gen i5 and it won’t run at 4k for me, fix it” guy.
The people who are instead like “it doesn’t work for me” can be more pesky, but are more representative of reality. So many reviews on the internet tested from 1-3 machines with a brand new OS leaving out a ton of fine and important details with performance, like latency, frame time, audio glitches even. I’d say it’s not even realistic that most people would match reviewer performance numbers.

This happens all the time. Casuals and idiots buy a game. Refuse to change anything about their pc. And blame the gane when their pc is Running like shit causing the issue.

I mean, it’s nice to see that it’s not a general bug that affects everyone (not in this case, but generally speaking), but “I can run it in 4k 120FPS on my RTX 4090 OC Ryzen 9 7950X3D 128 GB RAM” is just bragging, not a helpful comment that helps to pinpoint the problem in any way.
I tried the game yesterday. Could barely get fifty fps on all low settings.
Oh, sorry, that’s a typo. I meant fif*teen*. Cranking FS2 to max only gained about another 10 fps, and the game looks pixelated af.
Also, why are there unskippable cutscenes in the year of our Lord 2023? And why can’t I see the quit button unless I play for about 20 minutes?

If it’s ok for a person to say it doesn’t run fine for them then it’s acceptable for people without issues to report that as well. It’s just folks stating their experience. Most of us fluctuate between sides.
See it’s useful, but not if there’s already an understanding of the underlying concepts. X works different for me is fine when figuring out the cause, but if the issue is something not running well on hardware it SHOULD or COULD run well on they’re just spitting in the air.
