So im new to overclocking but i was wondering if this is clock stretching.
BIOS Settings:
PPT 130 / TDC 85 / EDC 130
CO -30 All cores. (Stable as far as i can tell after testing).
No AutoOC.

Maybe, if you use negative offset.
To make sure, enable snapshot CPU polling in from hwinfo tray icon – Settings- General/ User interface. Then maybe set polling period to 500ms during benchmark.
