The roles my teammates have are Flamer, Baiter and AFK.
My role is to annoy the Russians by being terrible
i learned a strat on dust 2 where i incindiart that small tunnel on the a side of the map then rush through my own fire with an mp9 and it hasn't failed once somehow. clearly you don't own an airfryer
Something i started doing as the entry is dropping nades at spots for popular set ups it really helps when the support has that extra set

what is this cs 101 for valo players ?
People need to understand this in MM. As someone who is primarily AWP/lurker the amount of flaming because you're lurking is insane.
When we play as a group I will often pick up IGL. One of us is an incredible support player and while he's often low on the scoreboard, his gameplay is absolutely critical to the rest of us to get kills. I attribute half my kills to our support friend at least. I have the damage but his util and info is undeniably just as important.
Playing MM with a 4 stack of refraggers that can't refrag :^)
