The bus I would assume is the one from one of the ending you can choose. I haven’t actually seen them in NC though during my playthrough. I could be blind though.
Street cleaners I think I saw one at the rocket pad to the moon and I think they are also littered around Biotech fields with a bunch of other farm equipment

The monster truck I’ve seen in a video as possible reward for a certain mysterious questline or urban legend*. Maybe you also find it out there in the badlands randomly.

Kaukas 271 Aras are predominantly found near the BioTechnica greenhouses that take up a large area right outside Night City. Especially when you do the Badland’s Race with Claire.

The street sweeper is the only one that I don’t think is is game all others are , the heli shows up a lot in mission backgrounds such as the max tax one and Johnny flashbacks, the bus is only seen at the bus repair depo and Johnny ending and the monster truck is attainable through the ff06 Easter egg.

Street sweeper is rare, usually stationary in back aleys. Never met it in Watson or Santo Domingo, rather the rich districts.

The street sweeper can also be found in a workshop in City Center, close to the ripperdoc there. If you drive from Dino’s place to the ripper it can be found on the right hand side.
My guess is these were originally planned to drive around in Downtown and Charter Hill, which are very clean compared to the rest of the city. Its likely they were cut like the buses at one point in development.
