I would leave it as you found it and get on the support hotline of whoever built it. The whole point of a prebuilt is so you don’t have to worry about issues like this

If it overheats immediately , the pump might not be connected. With only a pump heatsink without flow your CPU can last around 2m before thermal shutdown.
