I was going to sarcastically quote Rudolph’s father from the stop-motion Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer “There is more to life than comfort. SELF-RESPECT!”. But as I was thinking it, I heard Johnny’s voice in my head say “Are you kidding me…? He’s a fucking Maelstrom. What the hell makes you think he gives a damn enough to have either of those things?”.

  2. I believe their nervous system is disconnected at this stage. They literally don’t feel pain, Borged out creepy mofos.

Honestly there’s probably nothing on them that’s still human, just imagine the skin burns away and their full borgs and are basically less cool versions of terminators underneath.

Well considering what they do to get those face implants in I’d say they almost feel nothing but the howling chasm void where a soul should be

And yet he still cares enough about his appearance to go out and find product to spike his hair. I wonder if he ever looks at his reflection while he’s putting it on and just feels ridiculous? This is a person who doesn’t know who they are.

  8. I hope if there is another Cyberpunk game we can go full chrome-dome like this. Because man I want robo arms and legs and metal faceplate and stuff.

IIRC, we are told ingame that they even need superstrong drugs in order to notice an effect because their nerves are so damaged.
