My brothers and sisters, im afraid to tell you, but i have started to waiver, and sold my baby… BUT DO NOT FRET! It was all for a good cause, but lately ive been down about it. As the good cause is 2 new flesh babies! So please, all i ask is you wish me farewell and goodluck on my future endeavors, and hopefully keep my kids in the PC masterrace. I will miss you all.

Why sell with the kids? I have two as well but play when they sleep.
Why would you sell your computer because ur having kids? Do you think that you are magically never going to need a computer again, or have any spare time?

But I hope you didn’t sell the PC because you didn’t have enough money for the kids.
Not saying this is the case, but I’m sick of seeing parents making premature decisions instead of making sure they are first and foremost financially prepared to have children.
I wish you the best, that you have a good family life and a lot of fun and good times with your kids! It’s worth it, when you get rid of something you love for something you love even more. The only justified reason to sell a gaming pc. May you return one day to the masterrace!
OP can you please explain the logic of selling your desktop? Unless you are selling for profit I fail to see the reason.

UPDATE: I’ve noticed a lot of people bashing on people for selling their PC for profit, i wont lie, i did it partially for this but mostly because we needed the room in our home. My childs room was my office, and seeing how we needed the space for her room, i had no where to put my computer. I would also have no time to play as i would be to busy making memories with my childeren firstly. Even if it was for profit, you cant blame me for it as in todays day and age, inflation is skyrocketing through the roof. But the main reason i sold my computer (my whole office space worth of furniture and supplies) was to make space for my child. Kids arent cheap, but my kids come before my dreams and hobbies. When they turn 6, theyll be eased into games, possibly when theyre 8, theyll be building their first computer with dad. So i will be back, thats a plan. So please dont attack me for getting rid of my first child for 2 flesh babies. Im sad enough about it as is.

The cool part of the ride is when everyone is older, and hopefully money isn’t tight anymore. Then you end up as one of the people posting your new 4090 build for your 40th birthday. The payoff is pretty great.
