Stating the obvious here but they’ve cooked this mode tragically since they got rid of playable unique characters and maps for bland operators and soulless settings. Now going a step further using the Warzone map.
The main positive from the trailer is some of the enemies look interesting

I skipped Vanguard and I’ll be skipping this as well. “In the lab” doing what? Making colored vehicles? Treyarch has lost their touch.
Edit: the start of that character’s story is “He heard voices”. They’re really workin hard..

looks like i’m skipping another year. sure it looks fun and if it was free like warzone id probably play it as something to grind with friends. but behind a $70 price tag as i dont play mp that much and $70 for that isn’t worth it in my mind i’ll pass. i didn’t enjoy outbreak so i doubt i’ll enjoy this. maybe next year boys? we can always watch our favorite zombies content creators the 3 that are still left if they dont drop it after a month.

I have no issue with the concept of Open World Zombies but I have no interest playing DMZ zombies. I don’t want to attempt high level content, die and now I have to run around for 6 hours to gather items before I can have another attempt. I don’t want enemies that shoot back at you. I hated DMZ because of how fast you would die especially when you play solo from AI that wasn’t fun.

Yikes, the pre-order gun has a “soul-harvesting” bonus for some event and comes with deadwire in zombies?
I’d get vague “pay for advantage” things in a free mode, but having that in the paid zombies mode is kinda icky. Like yea they did this in cold-war too, but that was after the game was out for some time, and it had a normal zombies mode.
