There are elements of the genre in this. A corporation making lives worse for others. A dystopian setting under a single facade. Robotics and the blurring of what is human. An awesome synthetic score.
Though in the end I don’t think that’s enough to qualify it as cyberpunk.

Loved this one as a kid, although such a strange departure from the Michael Myers movies.
