Black Ops 3 Ray Gun MK1. That thing was just so absurdly underpowered that most regular guns would be legitimately stronger than it by like round 25-30 with double pack a punch.

VR-11 was pretty useless in comparison to the rest of the wonder weapons. Same with the Scavenger, fun to use but a sniper as a wonder weapon is not the greatest of ideas.
I also struggled using the baby gun in Shan-Gri La; cool concepts on paper but really meh in execution.
