I believe that quote is played during the [Tag der Toten quest](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_yVNrlYOeIQ#t=7m11), in between the steps you can hear Primis and Ultimis talking with each other around a campfire. The conversation ended with a [song](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VgeR7u5vCVM).
