I built my rig a couple years ago following a youtube. It had been ok but I wanted to see if I could get more FPS. Today I decided to be brave and attempted to overclock. I haven’t ever overclocked anything before and thought I’d give it a shot. I found the assembly video and followed his instruction on a slight overclock. I followed along on my phone and doublechecked everything before saving and exiting the Bios. Right after I saved and exited the Bios, the system turned on and off a couple times with no signal through the HDMI. It remained powered on but no video signal. I attempted a forced reset with the power button, and it was non responsive. I ended up shutting down the power supply and now nothing is turning on at all. How bad did I wreck my computer?

Update:
I unplugged the PSU and held down the on switch for ten seconds, figuring it would reset everything. Seems to have worked. I was able to pull up the bios and switch everything back to “auto”. I was able to boot up windows and it seems to have fixed it.
Try searching online how to clear CMOS on your board and see if that solves your issue. It may be that your PC passes part of the POST start, but then fails part way through it.
Hopefully this helps c:
If you didn’t overvolt anything then you havent hurt anything. Over volting components is what will degrade silicon
