Same thing happened to me in a different part of the city. I thought it might have been a side quest but I guess it’s just path finding bugged out and he walks off the side of a balcony/bridge or they spawn too high up?
They added those in the edgerunners update. Most of them are suicides, also some seem like straight up murders. It’s mostly subjective. It adds alot of feeling to night city and its another thing to make you think about how harsh that city really is to its citizens.

I think I saw this once in my previous play through post Edgerunners and then right at the start of my new play through for PL a dude dropped right next to Misty’s place. Was so sudden and unexpected lol
One drops right outside of Regina’s studio. The path of the fall leads up to the window right where Reggie stands too. I hadn’t seen others I totally thought it was her throwing someone out the window.

There’s also a random car bomb event that I’ve encountered a couple times.
Used to smoke up with this guy, he was a completely normal guy in every way. But every time he got too stoned he’d start watching 9/11 jumping videos. This reminded me of that lmao.
One thing I saw was a CAR BOMBz this NPC gets in the car and it exploded!
