Basically , Had 1 laptop, but it’s right click was slightly faulty so had to return it , and bought this one. Both are 2nd hans. , but the cpu on this one is performing 1000mhz less than the first one I had. The only differences that come to mind are, I downgrades the new one from windows 11 to 10, different storage make , and installed the nividia driver manually. Been trying to raise it through different means, any advice?

Judging by the results, whatever that model of laptop is struggling to cool the CPU. Likely the previous one just had a better roll on the manufacturer line or silicon lottery.
