Is this clean enough? I saw many recommending flitz polish i can’t find that in stores around Germany. But looking at videos e.g. DerBauer than he also doesn’t polish the die.

Looks nice, but the core looks like it has a coat of thermal paste on it already.
I like to polish the core, depending on if it was soldered or not, the amount it gets polished. If it was a soldered chip, I like to use 1800B or 2000 grit wet sanding paper you can find at automotive parts stores. I tape the sanding paper to a mirror to ensure a nice flat smooth surface, but I suppose any flat surface could do.

Quicksilver is very effective at removing the solder safely and cleanly leaving a very smooth surface that you can polish.
