I am 100% not looking for any rgb or super bright stuff. But this is my setup. I’ve been curious about some more back lighting. This is typically what it looks like light wise when i play. This was taken at 9:00 am. At night it’s obviously darker. There is some backlight built into back of main monitor. Considering buying something more. Does it help with gaming at night ?

Not necessarily back lighting, but a monitor light bar that sits on the top edge of the monitor has been a nice addition for me, it illuminates the desk and helps with eye strain at night without interfering with your screen. It’s dimmable and has cool/warm light settings. You can find them reasonably priced on Amazon!
