After many hours of gameplay (with my imported level 50 V), I’ve never heard any of the radio hosts. Are these podcasts tied to the progress of the main quest and disappear when it’s finished? Can someone confirm they are present in a fresh playthrough (I’m waiting with mine for PL)?

Yup. Really sucks. 2.0 brought lots of bad changes. Like how netrunning is weak ass gaming now.
