I googled it, because I don’t remember finding this car before, and I can’t find anything about it online, so I’m assuming it’s new in 2.0. It’s the Type 66 “Hoon”, obviously inspired by Ken Block’s Hoonicorn… Found in a warehouse in Northside when I was doing the Delamain quest
It’s really fast, and really squirrely, and even has built in machine guns too… Ken would’ve had a blast playing with this thing.

His death hit me like a truck. He was my hero. I will miss him forever.
I forgot that he died and had to google it, a snowmobile accident while on holiday with his family… Rest In Peace to an absolute legend. Watch his Hooligan videos on YouTube if you’re not familiar with how insanely talented of a stunt driver he was.
