
New to Intel chips/bios…friend gave me an old 10900k and i built an ITX…need help

COOLING: 2×120 exhaust on top (artic p-12)
2×120 arctic p12 on thermaltake peerless assassin
1×90 mm on rear
MOTHERBOARD: ASROCK z490 Phantom Gaming ITX
Memory: vcolor 4000mhz DDR4 64 GB
idle temps are good… 33-40 after bootup and in windows
cinebench r23…gets up to 95 with my current OC in pics
Im asking for help in tuning this thing…I feel like I can get better than a 16k multi score in cinebench over a 10 min throttle test
Any help would be awesome…feel free to ask me any questions
PS – I haven’t done cable management yet – just slapped it together to see what would happen

As you can see effective clock doesn’t hit 51x. Throttle or bugged ? Also idk if you’re on a lower power limit for the cpu but it might pull more than 250W.
Try running cinebench with realtime priority, close everything running in the background, get [Counter Control](https://www.techpowerup.com/download/counter-control/) (used to fix a windows defender bug which will not let cpu effective clock hit max), make sure windows power plan allows 100% state etc.
