I decided it was time to see how far I could push my new ASUS 4080 TUF Gaming OC.

Running Kombustor I maxed out at +225 on core for an average of 3030Mhz. +245 resulted in Kombustor crashing. I was about to run +1700 on memory. +1800 resulted in artifacts.

From there I went to 3dMark’s Time Spy. I was able to run +225 core and +1700 memory multiple times. ([results here](https://www.3dmark.com/spy/41743178)) [Also want to note I tested this at 1000, 1300, 1500, and 1700 on memory. Seeing FPS/score increases each time.]

However when going to Port Royal +225 on core instantly becomes unstable. While I passed a few runs at +180, real consistent stability started at +150 on core. Again I tested [1000](https://www.3dmark.com/pr/2555140) and [1700](https://www.3dmark.com/pr/2555155) on memory with the greatest results on coming from 1700.

From here I decided on an overclock of [+150 to core and +1300 to memory](https://i.imgur.com/bbyb1cx.png). So far I have tested Far Cry 6, Forza Horizon 5, Witcher 3, and Escape from Tarkov. All stable after a few hours of testing each. About a 6% FPS increase across these games.

Through all testing hottest the card ever got was 66C (Hot spot 83C). Stock air cooling.

Interested to hear what results others have had. Am I just incredibly lucky getting such overclockable memory or is that pretty standard on the 4080?
