Servers are functional for BO4 on PC. However, the game suffers from low player counts. Depending on region and time of day, you may be able to find lobbies of Core TDM but anything beyond that is unlikely. It is functionally impossible to find public lobbies of Blackout or zombies.
I bought it in the last summer offer and there are lobbys but only in multiplayer tdm, add me if you want. Battle ID: OREKI
