With ram usage that high and not knowing what settings you are running at 1440p with a 3070ti that seems about right. Could be on demand texture streaming. A 3070ti isn’t going to push 100+fps at all times in this AMD and poorly optimized game at 1440p (unless you run competitive settings aka low)
