Any advice

So I was having a problem after updating my bios I couldn’t launch into bios half the time it would just infinite load at the splash screen showing asrock an boot options like f2 or del for UEFI Setup. I found a work around an would launch restart into bios from desktop, I tried overclocking my ram an fuckeddd some shit up, asked for advice got told to reset cmos so I did this morning.
Still had this error message but I did indeed jump the cmos so I pressed Y now the error doesn’t pop up, but now I’m completely locked out of my bios.
