Had this happen to me too, it’s hilarious. You can just restart the game.
I used to get this a lot, but I could never nail down a cause. Often times it would obstruct my movement and prevent me from walking through doors like a fuckin dog with a big stick in its mouth, or bump me around/send me flying like a gmod ragdoll. A few times I had entire cars on my head like some kind of bethesda ass subway car.
You can use AMM to remove these things. The cars would typically respawn multiple times, so just keep removing them.
