Undervolt/OC 13600K Build – Advice?

    13600K, MSI Z790 Tomahawk DDR5, Arctic Liquid Freezer-II 280mm (Pump/rad fans @ 1750rpm, case fans @ 1350 rpm)

    BIOS settings:
    Enhanced Turbo: Disabled
    Voltage mode: Adaptive + Offset

Goal is to gain a slight performance boost while keeping power/temps and thus noise down. I’m quite happy with how the system sounds with fan curve set to max out at the above mentioned RPMs.

Did a bunch of testing with Cinebench R23 runs, seeing the effect of different negative voltage offsets and changes to ratio for both P and E cores. New to overclocking, so just playing around.

Very quickly realized that R23 isn’t a great indicator of stability (I know it is primarily a benchmark tool) as OCCT invalidated a number of the settings I tried running in brutal fashion.

Before I continue any further, just curious if I’m on the right track? Is there some concept I’m missing, BIOS settings I should really have enabled/disabled, etc. It’s been a few days of on and off testing, and I’m starting to think that I’m expecting too much of the system to both have an undervolt and an overclock?
