I have taken screen shots with what my scenario is. Ive tried to reseat, reapply paste, different tightning methods etc… What do you guys think? I am running stock for my board aside from putting the pump to 100%

Stock settings might be the issue here.
I can’t see vcore in your screenshot, but the peak vid is a bit high at 1.44-ish.
Do you have some auto overclocking enabled? It might give too much voltage, which causes the temp increase.

what is your cooling?
and yeah, what the other guy said. Lots of “stock” settings for boards will run i7s and i9s at WAY over intel’s power limit
