Hello,
I had full access to Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War, for a few months running just fine. Then following on from this after an update around a few weeks ago, the blue “Play” Button was slightly greyed out and when hovering over it the message “You cannot play Call of Duty Black Ops Cold war yet” appeared. I checked for further updates and that did not help, lused the scan for repairs option and that also did not help. Then I decided to uninstall the game hoping that I would be able to re-install the game and I would be able to play it normally again. However when I uninstalled it there is now no “install” button on my Battle.net (refer to photograph), and the launcher itself is almost acting like I never had the game installed in the first place, now there is only a “Visit Website” button there and an option to purchase the game which of course I will not be doing as I already own it, I have double checked with my bank and I paid for this game on the 2nd of March 2023 (refer to the photograph), and to prove that Black Ops Cold War was on my PC at one point I checked my Documents Folder on my PC and there was a Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Folder along with all my other folders for other games. I have tried looking for further proof for you, however Battle.net and the Call of Duty Websites are literally acting as if I never Owned/ Played or Installed the game, meaning that for some reason it is not showing up on any Purchase History or anything of the sort, as I say almost appearing like I never owned it, there is literally not even a trace of it under anything on my Battle.net Launcher.
I have contacted Activision support saying all of this and the first time they responded asking for further information, when I provided them with further details, they did not respond in over a week, then I emailed them back asking for a response and this was around a week ago at this point now. Please if someone can give me any type of advice or if anyone from activison can help, because this is genuine fraud/ theft at this point?!
