My GPU is about 50%, CPU 20% & RAM about 45% while playing Warzone 2. I get around 90 to 100 fps in 1440p with my 4070 card. My CPU is Ryzen 9 3900X. Just wondering if there are any issue if I should get more fps.

Your CPU is bottlenecking your GPU. Get a better CPU and you’ll have better hardware usage across the board.
Even my 9900k I paid $900(AUD) for 4 years ago isn’t doing much for me ATM.. seems we built PCs right before the technology evolved. Hashtag feelsbadman.
that’s quite a big bottleneck tbh, like someone said above, pair it with something more recent like q R7 5800X3D
