Hey, firstly, im complete noob and don’t know anything about overclocking; recently i bought new motherboard and cpu for my pc and now specs are: msi z690 tomahawk, i5-13600kf, rtx2060 and watercooling deepcool ls520;

im trying to increase power of my cpu; currently its on 3.5 Ghz and when i play cs2 i get max 65c degree; i
and so if i change power to any higher value (4/4.5/5) temperature going crazy like to 80c (right after i boot my pc not even start cs2). i already have Lite Load mode set to 1; also set Offset to -0.1 (i dont even know what these things do, just saw it on youtube video)
what am i doing wrong? or my whole pc setup is wrong and i need to buy something new? thanks in advance for your answers!
