everyone’s thoughts? Concerns?

That’s standard media overreaction to something that doesn’t come even close to a warning.

First: it wasn’t an official CDPR announcement.

Second: the person is giving their personal advice.

Third: that person is a developer, developers are always over cautious specially after the fiasco in 2077.

Fourth: there’s no reason to be concerned, 2077 already is processor heavy, they’re not changing the game substantially to cause concerns, it’s the same engine with a few new zones, mechanics and features.

I hate media outlets trying to cash in on controversy and being the doomsayers.

If you can run Starfield right now, you can probably run this I think.

My thoughts – people are stupid af.. They should be happy the game utilizes your hardware to it´s full potential. It´s called great optimization, which is very rare these days..

Funnily enough I’ve googling around this recently because of BG3. It seems to be slamming my CPU temps wayyyyy harder than Starfield or Cyberpunk.

    Really odd.

My cooling is trash though and the room the computer is an inferno at the minute.

    2700x with a 4070ti.

Bit dusty, games run breezy though on my 1440p screen.

Tempted to upgrade the CPU etc anyway but may just get a new mobo etc and redo the cooling anyway.

  6. My CPU is already running at 98% when game is onscreen and i have stable 80 FPS, i see this as an absolutely win.
