So this is my setup, an Ryzen 5900x on OC to 4.9GHz, and rtx4080 and 64GB of ram. Only the CPU is OCd, the problem is that with the case like in the picture (with lid on), the CPU gets to 90 and higher degrees Celsius during gaming, while without lid, it goes down to round 70 sometimes 80. There is 3x 120mm fans on the front pulling air, and this fan on the back exhausting it out, top and back allow air to pass. But without the lid, due to where I live, it gets VERY dusty really quick.
Is my cooling wrong for this OC? Should I add more fans? Can somebody help to make so it can have with side Glass the same temp as without?

It’s just a matter of airflow. The more air you force in and out of the case the better result you’ll get.
You’re always going to get better results with the side panel off than having it on, but you can improve things.
You have no fans at the top of the case so far as I can tell, you could fit some there.
You could change your case to one that has side ventilation and a filter, or try and make/get a custom one for your case.
Otherwise could switch to an AIW maybe?
Just add a cpl fans at the top exhausting air. The GPU doesn’t exhaust MUCH air out of the case. It dumps most into the case which then heats up the CPU further. If you put a cpl exhaust fans at the top it will force the hot air out quickly and help the front fans bring in cool air. You will see a difference in temps on both your CPU and GPU.
