As a street kid, I chose to leave Nightcity with Panam and Judy.
My thought is v finally saw what Nightcity truly was and realized that if they stayed V would end up just like Jonny. A nightcity legend that was ultimately forgotten, and buried in an unmarked grave. However, if they left with the Aldecaldos they would be surrounded by people who treat them like family, something they rarely received in their youth. Even if V dies in six months, they’ll at least know their life had meaning and was loved till the end.
For the Corpo path, I chose to stay in Nightcity and die a legend.
Years of working for Arasaka, only to be thrown away like they were expendable was a true wake-up call. And Jackie their best friend helped them at their lowest, only to die for his dream to be a legend. So with their death a guarantee and nothing left to lose, I think they would become a legend to make their friend’ dream a reality.
For the nomad life, I was conflicted with either joining Arasaka or giving up the body to Jonny.
As a nomad family means everything, but to be thrown out because of changing ideals of the clan has to hurt. Then when they get into nightcity you are constantly used and lied to by everyone. Then when you have an opportunity to save yourself by Akasaka why wouldn’t they take it? If everyone else can be selfish then for now on v will only care about their survival and nothing else.
But if they stayed selfless even after all the pain endured I can see them giving their body to Jonny. Alt said it herself the body sees Jonny as the original, and if V still takes the body, they still die later on. So to give a close friend a second chance in life and brace the fact that their life is over, v gives up their body and goes with alt beyond the blackwall.

I like ur nomad and corpo endings but my street kid canon ending idea is a bit different. Won’t argue tho… I want to see what Phantom Liberty brings to the table, before having a definitive idea
Doesn’t matter we fucking embarrasing arasaka as a one man army no matter what i did in the prolouge
Nomad= Nomad ending with Panam
Street Kid= suicide
Corpo= Arasaka ending
Started as a street kid and went into Arasaka solo with Johnny.

So for me I’ve tried to do the corpo path but to me it’s extremely boring compared to street kid and nomad.
To me the opening of Nomad and Street Kid gives a better feeling for how you’ll actually be playing the game.
Nomad : having a shoot out after a bad smuggling job.
Street Kid : getting caught by the police in a theft gone wrong.
That’s the stuff that’s actually gonna happen in the game at some point. And to me it makes the story of that character (in my mind) more interesting.
But that’s me and my weird mind.
